I love recipes that require minimal prep. This one takes 5 minutes toss together, and can be popped into the oven while I finish the rest of our dinner.
It features three of my favourite super-healthy ingredienst: cauliflower, turmeric and cumin. And if you feel like spicing things up you can add cayenne pepper!
- 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
- 3/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (optional - if you like it spicy!)
- Salt and black pepper
- Olive oil (optional)
- Toss all ingredients together in a bowl
- Spread on a baking tray
- Bake in a pre-heated over for 20-30 minutes. Cooking them longer will give you "popcorn"-style cauliflower which is delicious as a snack!
