Oooooh Lawdy! This stuff is goooooood! And it can be used for both salads and stir fries!
1 teaspoon lite soy sauce or tamari
Juice of 3 limes
1 red chilli, finely sliced
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil (start with 1 teaspoon and add more if you like!)
1 tablespoon mirin
2 level tablespoons miso paste
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger (about a 2cm slice, peeled and grated. Using a ginger grater gives a wonderfully fine texture)
Combine all ingredients and whisk thoroughly until well combined.
Resist the urge to drink it!
