I love sharing little tips, challenges, ideas and life-hacks designed to make your life healthier, happier and a whole lot more wonderful! 

This is one of my favourite and most powerful tools for happiness and wellbeing.  And it's so simple!

All you have to do is think of three to five things you are grateful for, and write them down.

You get bonus points if you can be specific, but don't put too much pressure on yourself.

Research shows that people who keep a daily gratitude list are more optimistic and feel better about their lives. They experience more positive emotions, less negative ones, they make better friends and neighbours - and they even exercise more and complain less about their health!! Scientific studies show that a daily gratitude practice can improve immune function, heart health, quality of sleep, elevate your mood and improve your relationships!

That's a LOT of benefit from one simple, easy daily practise.

All you need to do is to make time to savour the sweet moments!

Do this every day, and see how your life changes!
