Lemon, Honey & Seeded Mustard Dressing
This dressing is one of my versatile go-to recipes. It is delicious on a simple green salad but really makes my Super Seedy Carrot Salad sing!
Juice of one lemon
1 tablespoon seeded mustard
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon honey
Place all ingredients in a jar. Seal and shake until well combined.
Serve with Super Seedy Carrot Salad or whatever takes your fancy!
