This exercise is a cross between a gratitude exercise and a planning/productivity exercise. I read about it a while ago (I can't remember where, so if you created this exercise - or know who did - let me know so I can give credit where it's due!!) We've been trying this at our place and it has helped boost happiness AND productivity!!
It's called the 20, 10, 5 Morning Ritual - and it's so simple!
All you have to do is this:
Every morning count:
1. 20 things you have;
2. 10 things you are grateful for; and
3. 5 things you want to do, achieve or have happen that day.
Try this every morning and let us know if your days improve!
