“Let this coming year be better than all the others.
Vow to do some of the things you have always wanted to do
but could not find the time. Call up a forgotten friend.
Drop an old grudge, and replace it with some pleasant memories.
Vow not to make a promise you do not think you can keep.
Walk tall, and smile more. You will look 10 years younger.
Do not be afraid to say I love you. Say it again.
They are the sweetest words in the world.”
~ Ann Landers
May 2018 be the year you LOVE YOUR LIFE and ACHIEVE YOUR DREAMS!
I've been on a journey these last few years to uncover the keys to leading a healthier, happier, downright wonderful life. The REAL evidence-based stuff, not the unsubstantiated and ultimately ineffective stuff you see endlessly recycled throughout the blogosphere. This journey has seen me step back from my career (and identity) as a lawyer, taken me back to university (I will soon be graduating with my Masters in Nutrition!!!) and given me the keys to research and understand all aspects of physical and emotional wellbeing.
It's been an eye-opening experience. I've been truly surprised at the high impact that simple, small changes can have - on our health, happiness, relationships and sense of meaning.
Through Healthy Happy Wonderful, I want to share what I have been learning to help make your year (and your life!) healthier, happier and a whole lot more wonderful! So, throughout the year, I will be sharing little tips, challenges, ideas and life-hacks for you to try!
All are small, simple changes that are designed to become lasting , sustainable habits that can be built upon over time to create big, positive lasting changes!
Are you curious?
Are you up for the challenge?

Another year to live!
To banish fear, worry, and doubt.
To Love, laugh and give!"
