Seeds are super healthy foods that are so easy to overlook. You can use any seeds you have in your pantry for this recipe, except for chia or flax seeds (linseeds), as they can give the salad a slimy texture. I have used sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, poppy and nigella seeds as that is what I had at hand.
